Distribution Rates

On April 20, 2007, the Ontario Energy Board issued its EB-2007-0542 Decision and Order in the matter of Hydro One Network's Application for changed distribution rates effective May 1, 2007. Subsequently, on April 30, 2007, the Ontario Energy Board issued its Rate Order which attaches the rate schedules to implement the April 20, 2007 Decision and Order.

Rates that remain in effect under the authority of the Ontario Energy Board RP-2000-0023/EB-2001-0016 Rate Order dated August 30, 2002 and that have not changed to date are set out below. Rates in Appendices to the RP-2000-0023/EB-2001-0016 Rate Order not shown below have been superseded by the EB-2005-0378 Rate Order shown above.

Transmission Rates

The OEB EB-2006-0501 Decision with Reasons (August 16, 2007), EB-2006-0501 Transmission Revenue Requirement and Charge Determinant Order (September 28, 2007) and EB-2007-0759 Uniform transmission rate Order (October 17, 2007) are available for download and review. The wholesale meter service and exit fee schedule is included in the Revenue Requirement and Charge Determinant Order as Exhibit 5.0.
