On September 12, 2006, Hydro One Networks filed its Application and Pre-filed Evidence with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) in support of a proposed transmission revenue requirement for 2007 and 2008. An adjustment mechanism to be used for the derivation of the transmission revenue requirement for 2009 and 2010 was incorporated. The Ontario Energy Board's Notice of Application in English and French dated October 17, 2006 was published and served in the period November 13 to 18, 2006. The Ontario Energy Board decision with reasons regarding 2007 and 2008 electricity transmission revenue requirements was released on August 16, 2007.

Prior to this filing with the Ontario Energy Board, Hydro One conducted an extensive consultation program with stakeholders and held discussions with First Nations seeking input on key issues, revenue requirement, cost allocation and rate impacts. This process helped Hydro One to refine and shape its Application and ensured that customer and stakeholder concerns were addressed.

Note to Readers: The revised OEB case number for this proceeding is EB-2006-0501. Please disregard the docket number EB-2005-0501 as shown in the header of exhibits and refer to the correct case number in all communications with the OEB.
