PowerHouse Zero-Interest Loans Program

PowerHouse puts the infinite power of renewable energy into your hands by offering zero-interest loans or rebates on approved renewable technologies for your home.

This unique program is brought to you by Hydro One Networks, Hydro One Brampton and Enersource Hydro Mississauga, and is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Energy. PowerHouse provides loans, rebates and information on:

•  • Solar water heating systems
•  • Photovoltaic (PV) solar power systems
•  • Geothermal systems
•  • Small wind systems.

By installing renewable technologies for heating and cooling, or to supply your home with electricity or hot water, you will reduce air emissions, save money on your energy bills, and help to conserve Ontario's energy.

How to Apply

1. Check the eligibility map (PDF 222 KB) to ensure that you are within Hydro One's service territory for the program.

2. Read about eligibility requirements, loan terms and approved renewable technologies in our brochure or at www.PowerHouseProgram.ca.

3. Download and fill out an Application Form for a Loan or a Rebate (PDF 108 KB).
