Billing Inquiries

How you are billed depends on whether you are a transmission or a distribution connected customer.

Transmission connected customers with billing queries should contact the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) at 1-888-448-7777 or by e-mail at helpcentre@ieso.ca.

Distribution Connected Customers can call Hydro One's Business Call Center (BCC) at 1-877-447-4412.

Transmission Rates

Transmission rates as approved by the Ontario Energy Board Decision and Order dated April 30, 2002 are available for review or download.

The Provincial Transmission Service (PTS) is applicable to all Transmission Customers in Ontario who own facilities that are directly connected to the transmission system in Ontario and that withdraw electricity from this system.
