Our new state-of-the-art operating centre in Barrie puts the most sophisticated
technology in the hands of Hydro One's staff so they can better manage
our network. By gathering together employees from 13 different operating
centres under one roof, Hydro One has reduced costs, improved our operating
performance and enhanced customer satisfaction. We've also introduced
new Network Management System software, improved backup facilities, tightened
security and bettered our crisis management capabilities.
For our customers who have regular contact with our Network Operating
group, you can access your customer-specific information on our Network
Operating site (password protected).
