Customers with demand above 2 MW
For customers with demand at two megawatts (2 MW) and above, we have assigned one of our Provincial Lines Superintendents as your main point of contact with Hydro One. These individuals have a strong understanding of your needs when it comes to day-to-day operational issues, as well as the ability to provide more complex solutions that may be required. They will develop a deep understanding of your business and are well-informed on Hydro One's policies and practices. They're up to speed on current industry issues and act as your voice within the company to ensure we deliver on our promises. Contact your Provincial Lines Superintendent.

Customers with demand below 2 MW

For customers whose demand is less than 2 MW, our Business Call Centre staff are able to assist you. This team is trained to handle your questions and requests, and can bring together the right team of people at Hydro One should you require a complex solution.
