The Unaccompanied Station Access process provides Transmission-connected customers with unaccompanied access to their equipment inside of a Hydro One Transformer station. In conjunction with the roll out of the Unaccompanied Station Access process, Hydro One also completed a lock replacement program across the province. We installed safer, more secure locks at each of our Transformer stations. Where customers require access to the station, a double bail device can be installed to accommodate both Hydro One and the customer's lock. See Hydro One's lock specification.
